We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their Teva product from this Teva Canada website (www.tevaonline.ca)
Please note: in the event of a return or exchange, any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: We recommend sending your package back via a trackable method (eg: Canada Post or FedEx). Teva is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please do not put shipping labels on the product box, we recommend you use the original shipping box for returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item box is damaged.

Return for Exchange: should you wish to return an item for an EXCHANGE (in size or style) please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: order number, style being return, requested exchange style including colour and size and the reason exchange. We will respond to you within 3 business days (excluding holidays) with further instructions.
Important Information about Our Standard Return Process:
The product being returned or exchanged must be free of wear and tear with original tags on the product. The item must be in unworn condition (no dirt and debris on the sole or upper). Dirty or worn shoes will be returned to the customer and returns will not be processed. Product packaging must be in original new condition (no writing or shipping labels on the exterior of the product box)
